How we choose
Evidence before
an endorsement.
The same questions for each app. Clear limits on what the research can tell you.
Our comparison criteria
- Workflow fit: the specific job and level of configuration a merchant wants.
- Billing: audience, sends, included allowance, and additional services.
- Controls: what a merchant should inspect before enabling messages.
- Tradeoffs: the relevant limit or unresolved question.
- Evidence: an official source and the date it was checked.
Facts, interpretation, and unknowns
Provider documentation and official app listings support factual product descriptions. Our suggestions about fit are editorial interpretations. Missing documentation means a question needs an answer; it does not establish that a feature is unavailable.
No invented testing
Our app comparisons are based on linked documentation and, where stated, product source inspection. They are not hands-on benchmarks. These pages do not contain fabricated ratings, reviews, revenue results, or testing credentials. Worked scenarios describe hypothetical inputs and arithmetic, not measured merchant outcomes.
Pricing and updates
Pricing snapshots use published USD terms where available. Promotions, billing periods, usage, geography, and account eligibility can change the offer. Readers should confirm current terms with the provider before installing or upgrading.
Each page names its checked or updated date. When material facts change, the source-backed text and its relevant date should change together. A date alone is not evidence that a product has been retested.
Our relationship with myuser.ai
Merchant Shortlist’s publisher works for myuser.ai. This site covers its products alongside other apps. We do not present this site as an independent review of myuser.ai. A recommendation is an assessment of fit, not proof that an app will increase sales.
Links and ordering
App links lead to official product pages or listings. App order is for navigation and comparison; it is not a numerical performance ranking. The same research criteria apply to every product in the directory.
