The short answer
Give AI the facts a shopper needs: what the item is, who it helps, how it works, and what you can prove. Pick one job for each piece of content. Check the draft before using it. For ongoing email and text follow-up, myuser.ai can choose, write, schedule, and send messages.

Write the facts before asking for copy
Take a zip pouch made for knitting tools. Write its real size, fabric, lining, zipper type, care notes, price, and delivery details. Name what fits inside only after you have checked.
Add a buyer and a job: “A person who wants scissors and stitch markers in one place.” Add proof you own, such as a photo with those tools inside. This gives a draft something solid to use. A vague request to “make it sound amazing” leaves too much room for guesses.

- 01Facts
What you can check about the product.
- 02One question
The detail this shopper needs.
- 03The next step
A clear link and a useful follow-up.
Ask for one useful answer
A shopper might ask, “Will long needles fit?” Make a size-help post that answers that exact question. If the pouch is too short, say so. A clear answer helps the right person choose it.
For another piece, show the pouch open beside a knitting bag. Explain what it keeps together. You now have two useful angles from the same item. Each needs its own point and image. Repeating one sales pitch with new adjectives does not add much for the reader.
Build a reusable brief from your facts
Our free product marketing kit asks for the product, buyer, benefit, delivery facts, and real proof. It arranges those inputs into a template brief and draft ideas. It does not run an AI model or inspect your product.
Use the result as a starting sheet for your own writing or an AI tool. Save the checked facts with it. When a size or delivery detail changes, update that sheet before reusing the copy. This keeps old claims from spreading across your store.
Check the parts an AI can get wrong
Shopify’s product-description guidance says you need to review generated text for accuracy. Check material, size, use, delivery, price, and any claim about results. Keep promises tied to facts you can support.
Never turn a sample quote into a customer review. Never use an AI picture as proof of what you tested. For an email draft, myuser.ai’s free reviewer can suggest clearer words. You still need to check the facts and open each link yourself.
Use myuser.ai for the ongoing email and text work
myuser.ai does more than draft a paragraph. It uses products, visits, carts, and orders to decide the next follow-up, then writes, schedules, and sends it. A new visit can change a future message.
You set the designs, offers, and channels and choose when to activate sending. You can inspect messages and edit future sends. You do not need to draw a workflow for each shopper. Start with a clear signup promise so the first message has a useful job.
Give one product a small content plan
For the knitting pouch, make a fit guide, one photo showing the inside, and a short gift email. Link to the product facts each one needs. Keep the words plain enough to read on a phone.
