You sell single soap bars, gift boxes, and refills. You want the next note to fit what a shopper bought. Klaviyo connects Shopify data to customer groups and flows, so it is worth comparing when you want to define those groups yourself. Write the rules in plain words first: a gift buyer is not always buying for their own home. Then decide who will keep the rules and messages up to date. This approach needs time as well as a software budget. Choose it because you want that control, and check the full billable audience rather than only the people in one send.
