You sell mugs and bowls. You want to tell your email list when a new glaze is ready. You already check orders in Shopify each day, so working there may save you a second place to learn. Shopify Messaging is worth a look for that job. Start by listing your planned updates and the people who can receive them. Add any other emails that count toward usage. An included send allowance is useful only when you understand what uses it. Keep texts as a separate cost decision. Choose the tool that fits the work you will do each week.

  2. Check the sender, footer, and preview on a phone.
  3. List the automations already running in your store before adding another.
