Five is a small review batch you can finish. It is not proof of a trend or a reliable sample of every shopper. Use one copy per visit.

Write the action and timestamp. Example: “At 0:34, three taps on the size guide, then a page exit.” Do not add a reason yet.

- Check whether the replay itself missed or misrendered something.
- Read related shopper questions or support notes.
- Look for the pattern in other relevant visits.

Keep a known fault separate from a guess about motive. Count relevant visits, carts, and paid orders over matching dates. A replay cannot prove that a later sale was caused by your change.
