Dropshipping & print-on-demand margin calculator

See what is left after a discount, fulfillment, payment fees, and ad costs.

One order, all its costs

Use USD. This works for dropshipping and print on demand.

Example order · After the costs entered

$4.92left toward other costs

A $40 item with 10% off collects $36. Subtract $18 in fulfillment, a $1.08 payment fee, and $12 in ads.

$16.92 before ads

Use your own numbers to check how much an order can spend on ads before other costs.

Not net profit. This example leaves out taxes, returns, app bills, and any other costs not entered.

Can this order pay for its ads?

A $40 sale with 10% off collects $36. With $18 in fulfillment costs and a 3% fee, $16.92 is left before ads. Spend $12 on ads for that order and $4.92 remains for other costs.

The model uses the shipping charge you enter and the same cost for each order. Use the money you actually collect and pay. A return, replacement, app bill, or fixed fee can change the answer.

What does break-even ROAS mean?

ROAS means revenue divided by ad spend. Here we divide the collected total by the amount left before ads. It is a one-order limit under your inputs, not a target proven to work for your shop.
